Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
If you arrive late, you will not be able to redeem your ticket and your reservation will be cancelled.
Visitors aged 3 and above must hold a ticket for admission. Children under 3 years old are admitted free but must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian while watching the game.
If you would like to be seated with your family or friends, please indicate your request when booking. While our staff will do their best to accommodate, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Please do not bring suitcases or other large luggage into the seating area. Please be sure to store your luggage elsewhere (such as a coin locker) or at your accommodation.
Lost tickets or vouchers will not be reissued.
Please note that you may need to wait to be seated if a sumo match is in progress or if the Sumo Association is giving a speech.
Spectators are not permitted to watch matches from non-designated seats. Food and beverages are permitted in the seating areas, and food and beverages will be sold at food stalls. Outside food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) are prohibited inside the Kokugikan. Please purchase from food stalls within the venue.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
