- Chartered Scope: All prefectures in Kyushu (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima); at least one of the departure or arrival locations must be Fukuoka City.
- Chartered Duration: 10 hours; any duration less than 10 hours will be counted as 10 hours.
- Service Hours: 08:00 - 20:00 (If service is required between 22:00 and 06:00, please note this when placing your order for customer service confirmation; an additional night service fee will apply. Additionally, if the trip starts or ends outside of Fukuoka City, the travel time for the vehicle to return to the garage will be deducted from the total hours).
- Overtime Charges: An overtime fee will be charged for exceeding 10 hours (see additional fees for details).
- Chartered Route: You are free to customize your itinerary. If you are unsure, you can refer to the suggested routes.

- Notes for Itinerary Planning -
・For one-day tours, you may refer to the suggested private tour routes. You can also change the itinerary after booking; please discuss this directly with the driver on the day of the trip. As long as it is within the time and mileage limits, you can adjust your itinerary at any time.
・Multi-day tours involve consecutive days of chartering with accommodation outside of Fukuoka City. Since we need to arrange accommodation and parking for the driver in advance, please provide your daily itinerary after booking. If your accommodation location changes, please notify us at least 2 days before departure.
・Miyazaki (areas other than Takachiho) and Kagoshima are further away. We recommend a 5-7 day itinerary to have enough time to deeply experience Southern Kyushu. If time is limited, you can also arrange a 3-5 day trip to visit popular spots.

Surcharge(s)
Highway tolls, parking fees, and other expenses
Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in Japanese Yen cash at the end of the trip.
Overtime fee
If the usage time exceeds 10 hours, the overtime fee is 6,000 yen per hour (more than 30 minutes is calculated as 1 hour), which should be paid to the driver in Japanese yen cash at the end of the trip.
Night service fee
If the ride is used between 22:00 and 06:00, a night service fee of 5,000 yen will be charged each time. Please pay the driver in yen cash at the end of the trip.
Driver's accommodation expenses
For multi-day private charter car, if accommodation is outside the Fukuoka area, a driver accommodation fee of 8,000 yen per night will be charged. Please pay the driver in yen cash at the end of the tour.
Reminders
To ensure a pleasant and smooth private charter car experience for our passengers, our staff will contact you before departure to confirm your order details. We will notify you of the driver's name and contact information no later than one day before departure. Please pay close attention to these notifications. If you wish to change the pick-up time or location after order confirmation, please contact us at least 24 hours before the original booking time.
Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage, and specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle type limit on the day of your trip, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and will not provide a refund.
To ensure you have enough time to visit and enjoy your tour, you can communicate with the driver at any time on the day of the trip to adjust your itinerary. It is recommended that you allow ample time when planning your trip and take travel time into account in your itinerary design to avoid exceeding the private charter car service time and incurring additional overtime fees.
Service time: 10 hours (including driving and waiting time). If the service is less than 10 hours, it will be counted as 10 hours. For trips or trips outside of Fukuoka, the return trip time to the garage will be deducted. In addition, toll fees, parking fees, etc. incurred during the return trip (from the time of departure to the time of return to the garage) will be paid in cash to the driver on the same day (details will be attached).
Please note that if overtime occurs due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic congestion, you will still be charged according to the actual overtime. It is recommended to allow for flexible time in your itinerary.
The driver will assist in providing itinerary suggestions, but the driver is not a professional tour guide and can only provide a simple introduction on the bus. The driver will not be able to accompany the driver to the attractions for a guided tour. Please understand and forgive us.
To ensure the safety of passengers and drivers, Japan has restrictions on drivers' driving and rest time to effectively prevent traffic accidents caused by bus drivers being too fatigued. Please be aware of and understand this.
For passenger safety, please fasten your seatbelt at all times while traveling, and do not walk or change seats while the vehicle is in motion.
Please be mindful of your personal safety and the security of your belongings during your trip. Keep your valuables with you at all times. Do not bring any items that are prohibited or controlled in Japan. Please also strictly abide by local customs and laws.
During the journey, please inform the driver immediately if you experience any discomfort or need assistance. You can request vomit bags from the driver if needed; however, you will be responsible for any damage or soiling of items inside the vehicle caused.
Our company provides legal green-plated vehicles and insures them with commercial vehicle insurance and passenger insurance in accordance with Japanese law. For greater peace of mind while traveling, we recommend that travelers purchase travel accident insurance, inconvenience insurance, and overseas medical insurance before their visit to establish comprehensive protection (this product does not include the above insurances).
