Purchase Notes -

• Shuttle service is available between Tainan High Speed ​​Rail Station and Kaohsiung International Airport Station (passengers are requested to make reservations themselves at (02)6620-6660).
• Vehicle availability is subject to on-site dispatch and cannot be specified. We will respond within two business days regarding vehicle availability and availability.
• Please provide the actual driver's information for passenger details.
• Passengers using child seats, please note the child's birthday, height, and weight.
• If you require item A to be picked up as item B, please note this in your order notes. Service confirmation will be based on receipt of the voucher (this service is not available during the Chinese New Year).
• If you require a child seat or GPS navigation, please specify this in the order notes and pay NT$120/day for the child seat or GPS navigation on-site.
• Renters must use the Budget-provided fuel card at participating gas stations. Refueling upon return is charged based on mileage, and prices are adjusted quarterly (subject to Budget's official website announcements). Upon return, renters must fill up the tank at the gas station themselves; a NT$100 service fee will be charged for underfilled tanks. No compensation will be provided for refueling using a non-Budget-provided fuel card.
• National holidays of three days or more will be calculated at special holiday rates. The holiday schedule is as follows, based on the actual holiday period for the year (the number of open days may be adjusted depending on scheduling).
  * 2026 Lunar New Year (February 13 - February 22): Rentals for 3/4 days or more are required. * 228 Memorial Day (February 26 - March 1): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Children's Day (April 2 - April 6): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Labor Day (April 30 - May 3): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Dragon Boat Festival (June 18 - June 21): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Mid-Autumn Festival (September 24 - September 28): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Double Ten Day (October 8 - October 11): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Liberation Day (October 23 - October 26): Rentals for 2 days or more are required. * Constitution Day (December 24 - December 2020) (12/27), vehicle rental for two days or more is required.

• Passengers of Republic of China nationality:
  • Age requirement: Must be 20 years of age or older and have a driver's license issued at least one year ago.
  • Credit cards (for pre-authorization): Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express cards are accepted, and must be valid for more than six months. Debit/debit cards are not accepted.
  • Valid identification documents: Republic of China ID card, Republic of China driver's license.
  
• Foreign passengers:
  • Age requirement: Must be 20 years of age or older and have a driver's license issued at least one year ago.
  • Credit cards (for pre-authorization): Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express cards are accepted, and must be valid for more than six months. Debit cards / UnionPay cards are not accepted.
  • Valid identification documents (Hong Kong and Macau visitors): Original nationality driver's license, international driving permit or driving permit in Taiwan, original passport, entry permit to Taiwan (must be stamped with entry certificate)
  • Valid identification (for non-Hong Kong and Macau visitors): Original nationality driver's license, international driving permit or driving permit in Taiwan, original passport. • Driver's license from a country that is legal to drive in Taiwan: Please refer to the list of major countries' driver's license reciprocity for the Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Transportation and Communications .

Delay fee (collected on site) (charged per hour, if less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour)

Please call the store in advance if you wish to return the car late. A charge of one-tenth of the posted rate will be applied per hour. If the car is returned after six hours, the full day's fee will be charged.

Remote pick-up and return fee (collected on-site)

In the Hualien-Taitung area, rentals are limited to the 10 stations within Hualien-Taitung only (rent-and-return at one location). Returns across the Hualien-Taitung area are not accepted.

One-way rentals within Hualien-Taitung are also temporarily unavailable for stations in Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan. However, one-way rentals between these stations are still permitted. (Rent-and-return fee: NT$1000)

Tickets and parking fees (payable on site)

If the lessee fails to pay the full amount by himself, we will transfer the responsibility to the lessee at that time in accordance with the contract when we receive the registered mail or reminder.
