- *For safety reasons, we regretfully must decline participation from customers who fall under the following categories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Pregnant women; people who have consumed alcohol or are hungover; people with pacemakers or heart conditions; people with respiratory illnesses (such as asthma)
- Canoeing: Individuals weighing over 100kg are not permitted to participate, regardless of the conditions.
- Snorkeling: Even if you weigh over 100kg, you can participate as long as you can wear the provided wetsuit (up to size XXL).
- People with mental illnesses (epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, etc.)
- Participation is limited to individuals with cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, physical disabilities, diabetes, or hearing or visual impairments.
- If you plan to participate, please be sure to bring a helper or interpreter with you and consult with us in advance.
- Please inform us in advance if you have any other pre-existing medical conditions, fever, injuries, etc. *Even if your symptoms are mild, please be sure to inform us beforehand if you wish to participate.

Participants must be between 3 and 59 years old.
The meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour to inform you of the meeting place and time.
If you require transportation, please write the name of your accommodation in the comments section. This service is available to guests staying in the southern area of Ishigaki Island (from ANA InterContinental in the west to Fusaki Resort in the east).
For reservations made after 5:00 PM the previous day, we cannot provide transportation to your accommodation. The meeting point is in front of the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal.
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, if we determine that the safety of the field cannot be guaranteed, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
Please come dressed in clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
Please use the restroom before participating. (There are no restrooms near the venue.)
For children aged 3-11, depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day, we may offer them a more stable canoe instead of a SUP.
Please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late.
Hot showers are available near the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal. Please inform your guide if you wish to use them.
