1. For those arriving by train or bus: Take a 13-minute train ride from Sapporo Station to Fukuzumi Station (terminus). From Fukuzumi Station, proceed to Hitsujigaoka Observatory using Bus Terminal- Platform No. 4. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes on the Fuku 84/Hitsujigaoka Line 2. For those arriving by car: From Sapporo Station, it takes approximately 34 minutes via Ishiyama-dori and Fukuzumi Soen-dori. Free parking is available on site
