Established 49 years ago, Rakutenchi is the Motsu-nabe specialty restaurant with the most locations and seating capacity in the city. As the originator that spread Motsu-nabe, we not only continue to uphold the tradition of our [Hakata Specialty Motsu-nabe piled high with chives], but we also continue to take on the challenge with a mission to share the food culture and excellence of 'Motsu' and 'Fukuoka/Hakata' with the world. You can only enjoy this dish at this restaurant. This is a proud dish that was developed for the international terminal at Fukuoka Airport so that you can enjoy it fresh and delicious even in food courts that do not have stoves. You can eat it freshly made with piping hot soup. The soup will still be piping hot when you receive your order.
We have been pursuing the possibilities of offal, and have completed this delicious and WOW product. The champon contains perfectly stewed, plump offal and the traditional Hakata motsunabe chive mountain, but in a small portion for impact. The soup will still be simmering hot when you receive the product. Dip the small portion of chives into the soup, mix and enjoy. The new Hakata specialty "Motsu Takoyaki" and rice cakes on a separate plate should be dipped into the hot soup before eating to be at their best.
These takoyaki octopus balls were made by the original motsunabe specialty restaurant that specializes in motsunabe. The most popular and recommended way to eat them is by dipping them in the hot, secret motsunabe soup. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft♥, and the more you chew it, the tastier it gets! It's easy to share with family and friends, and we're confident that this is a dish that allows you to casually enjoy motsunabe. This is also available for takeout.
Hakata specialty "Motsunabe". As the original motsunabe specialty store, we deliver traditional Hakata motsunabe. Hakata motsunabe, characterized by a mountain of Chinese chives, is boiled on the stove, and you can enjoy the time it takes to eat as the mountain of Chinese chives sinks into the pot. Motsunabe is only available for eat-in.
