- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fees will be subject to the information stated on your booking confirmation): The following cancellation policy applies to bookings of 1 or more guests. 14 guests or fewer: No charge for advance or same-day notice. No-show will incur a fee of 5,000 JPY per guest for seat-only reservations, or 100% for confirmed course meals. 15 guests or more: No charge up to 8 days prior, 30% charge 4-7 days prior, 50% charge 1-3 days prior, and 100% charge for same-day cancellation or no-show. Change in number of guests: For groups of 15 or more, a reduction of 20% or more is considered a significant change, and the same cancellation rates as above will apply to the reduced number of guests (e.g., reduction of 3 or more guests from a group of 15).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
