We sincerely thank you for your tremendous support and patronage. 【Kumamoto Support Project】 We also offer yakitori prepared with ingredients from Kumamoto. Exquisite charcoal-grilled yakitori, meticulously prepared using rare Date chicken and premium domestic branded chicken. Enjoy skewers and specialty dishes made with seasonal vegetables. At our elegant counter, you can experience the immersive atmosphere right in front of our master grillers. We offer semi-private rooms with night views overlooking the city, and our tatami seating area is available for groups. (Available for bookings starting from the Ebisu-zaka Course)
The chickens drink the clear groundwater of the Yatsugatake Mountains and are raised in a stress-free environment surrounded by nature. Their feed is mainly non-GMO corn with 33 kinds of herbs. Enjoy the sweet fat and meat with just the right amount of elasticity. Each skewer is carefully grilled by a craftsman over binchotan charcoal. Compared to gas or electricity, this grill retains the flavor and moisture of the ingredients, resulting in delicious and tender grilling.
The wine glasses we offer are handmade "WINEX/HTT" glasses, characterized by their thin stems and smooth texture. Yakitori restaurants use the highest quality glasses. We always have a wide selection of 50 types of wine, and in addition to wine, we also have about 10 types of sparkling wine, so you can choose a bottle that suits your taste.
We always have 50 types of wines in stock that have been carefully selected by our sommelier from all over Japan. Our sommelier will recommend a bottle to suit your taste and preferences. We order carefully selected wines that go well with chicken, not only from France and Italy, but also from New World countries such as America, Chile and New Zealand. We also have a wide selection of wines by the glass, so you can enjoy just one glass.
This private space from the 38th floor of Yebisu Garden Place Tower offers a panoramic view of Tokyo's nightscape, perfect for a date. The view of the grill from the counter and the sparkling nightscape outside the window create an extraordinary atmosphere, as if you are dining amidst a nightscape. This mysterious contrast is also one of the charms of this restaurant. This unique view will add color to your dinnertime moments.
