- Work aprons are provided. During the hand-made process, there will inevitably be some dust. It is recommended to wear clothes that you are not afraid of getting dirty. You can also prepare your own masks to allow your creativity to be unrestricted.
- After experiencing the finished work, we will assist in glazing and firing. It will take about 20-40 working days to send out the package (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and delivery time). During the high-temperature firing process of ceramics, it is inevitable that there will be some small bubbles, small black spots, small scratches, bumps, color differences, etc. These are all normal phenomena of ceramics and are not defects. Please be aware that no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- The size and shape of ceramic products may vary slightly due to shrinkage during firing.
- Since some ceramic products are handmade, they may not be perfect. If you are a perfectionist, please do not purchase.
- The color of the product image may vary slightly due to differences in computer screen settings. The actual product color shall prevail.

If the clay bricks of the vessel are accidentally broken or damaged during the hand-making process, no new ones will be provided.
If less than 4 people register, the session will be suspended (notified 3 days before the event day), and a refund or rescheduling will be notified separately.
You must abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of on-site staff. If you violate the rules and cause any damage, you will be responsible for it yourself.
The finished product cannot be guaranteed to be exactly as expected. There may be some black spots, bubbles, etc. on the exterior, but they can all be used normally.
