'GYOZA SHACK' is located at the entrance of the Triangle Zone, which retains remnants of Tokyo's post-war black markets. The interior of the restaurant, inspired by the Brooklyn shacks, has a stylish design that makes use of the simplicity of wood, including the tableware. The restaurant offers 15 kinds of "natural creative gyoza," natural wines carefully selected by sommeliers, and homemade craft sours, making it the perfect place for a date.
The owner, who is a certified sommelier, carefully selects only the most cost-effective natural wines from around the world. You can enjoy high-quality wines at your leisure. All types are served by the glass, and we also offer an all-you-can-drink plan so that you can enjoy a wide variety of wines! You can enjoy a variety of flavors♪ We also accept orders by the bottle! The store style, called "shack," has been gaining attention in Brooklyn, New York, and brings the atmosphere of a mountain cabin to the city. The store emphasizes the rustic texture of wood, with handmade plates made from processed scraps and rubbing olive oil over them. You can also enjoy the store's attention to detail with various pop-ups in the store.
We offer a selection of carefully selected drinks, including sours made with Setouchi lemons, Yamagata wild grapes, herbs and spices, etc. Enjoy a new pairing with our original gyoza.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to your reservation, please be sure to cancel it before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on your reservation confirmation): Same-day cancellation (no contact): You will be charged the seating fee. We will do our best to accommodate reservation cancellations, but please contact us as soon as possible as this causes problems such as food waste and lost opportunities due to reservations being cancelled on weekends.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
