This tour does not include entrance fees to attractions. You will need to purchase these on-site or through your tour guide. We recommend preparing cash or confirming your payment method in advance to ensure a smooth ticket purchase process.

If the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions not meeting safety standards or insufficient group size, our company will refund the tour fee in full, but will not compensate you for personal expenses such as transportation and accommodation that you have already incurred.

In the event of force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government bans, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, and other circumstances beyond our control) leading to trip cancellation before departure, we will refund the full tour fee before departure. If the trip is interrupted on the departure day or during the trip due to the above reasons, the remaining tour fee will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred. No additional compensation claims will be accepted in such cases, and any other losses or additional expenses incurred will be borne by the traveler.

If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, such as not arriving on the day, being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, leaving the group midway, or voluntarily abandoning the trip, no refund will be given for the fees already paid, and no compensation of any kind will be provided, regardless of the reason for your inability to participate. Thank you for your understanding.

Please understand that due to force majeure factors such as traffic control and weather changes, there may be delays, adjustments to the itinerary, or cancellation of attractions.

The return trip may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, or other objective factors, especially during holidays when traffic congestion is common. The driver/guide will adjust the itinerary flexibly based on the actual situation, and there is a possibility that the return trip will be later than expected. If you need to take a night flight or connect to subsequent trips on the same day, it is recommended to allow sufficient time to avoid affecting your travel plans. No refunds or compensation will be provided for itinerary delays. Please be aware that passengers who need to catch a flight are especially advised to carefully consider their booking or make appropriate arrangements for their subsequent trips.

To ensure tour safety and the smooth running of the entire trip, our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, modify activity arrangements, or cancel the tour if necessary. If the tour is canceled for any of these reasons, we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The bus operates on a one-person-one-seat system to ensure the comfort and safety of every passenger. Pre-reservation of seats is not currently accepted. Depending on the actual number of bookings on the day, you may be assigned to sit next to a passenger of the opposite sex; your understanding and patience are appreciated.

Children and minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with full civil capacity. Travelers aged 70 and above are advised to travel with family or friends and sign a waiver on the day of departure.

To ensure your safety and also to protect the rights of other group members, if you have a chronic illness, mobility issues, or other special health conditions, please inform us truthfully when registering so that we can make appropriate arrangements and provide assistance in advance.

According to local Japanese regulations, infants also require a seat. Therefore, infants under 3 years old will be charged the same fee as adults. If you plan to travel with an infant, please be sure to inform customer service when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance and have not paid, and the vehicle becomes overloaded due to an infant on the day of the tour, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding to the infant and accompanying parent in order to comply with regulations and ensure the safety of all passengers. In this case, our company will not be held responsible, the fee will not be refunded, and any additional losses incurred will be borne by the parents. Please be sure to comply with this regulation to avoid affecting your trip.

Some shops, vending machines, or temporary stalls around tourist attractions still require cash payment. It is recommended that you carry a sufficient amount of Japanese yen in cash, just in case, to make your trip smoother.

To maintain the cleanliness of the carriages and ensure the comfort of all passengers, please refrain from eating or drinking inside the vehicle. Any damage to the seats or carriages will incur a cleaning fee according to local standards. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a clean and comfortable travel environment.

Passengers with large luggage should note the luggage details when placing their order. We will arrange a suitable pick-up and drop-off vehicle in advance based on actual needs to ensure that your luggage is loaded smoothly.

From May 1st to May 7th, roads around Mount Fuji will be congested. To avoid disrupting the day's itinerary, visits to Arakurayama Park and Fuji Sengen Shrine will be cancelled.
