What You Can Expect
We serve dishes made with fresh, high-quality local chicken. Our 'Torisei Special Chicken Breast Karaage' is a signature dish, featuring a juicy, low-salt flavor infused with the richness of several spices and vegetables. It is prepared with great care from the preparation stage, and its incredibly tender texture is a highlight. We also offer about 30 types of 'Chicken Sushi' using local chicken. Please enjoy them refreshingly with salt, wasabi, or ginger instead of soy sauce or ponzu.
At our restaurant, where you can enjoy a wide range of creative cuisine, we provide dishes that reflect our customers' requests as much as possible. Our 'Vegetable Sushi,' popular with women, features seasonal ingredients like komatsuna and lettuce. Our creative desserts, such as 'Hedgehog Sweet Potato Fritters' and 'Roasted Marshmallows,' are also well-received. Please feel free to give them a try!
Our sake selection features carefully selected brands that the owner sources each time. Some are even purchased directly from Tokushima Prefecture, and the lineup changes depending on what is in stock. We also offer courses with all-you-can-drink options, including wine, so you can easily enjoy a variety of drinks. Furthermore, our 'Senbero Set' is a great value at 1,880 JPY, including 2 drinks, 1-2 small side dishes, 3 types of oden, and 3 types of fried food! Please enjoy our drinks and food at a reasonable price.
Our cozy, homey restaurant features jazz music and a total of 10 seats. You can relax and enjoy your meal and drinks. It is perfect for a quick drink after work, and families are also welcome! We even have toys available for children to play with. Additionally, we host a children's cafeteria called 'Kids Dining Torisei' once a month, actively engaging with the local community.
