- Meet at the Dolphin Beach counter and complete the check-in process.
- Program start: The instructor will explain the program.
- We move to the cove and practice kayaking.
- Watch the dolphin show from a kayak! After the show, you can move around the cove freely.
- Kayaking experience ends

The time required may vary depending on the course you apply for and the number of people, but the time you spend kayaking (about 40 minutes) is the same for all plans. The content is the same regardless of which course you apply for.
The time may change slightly depending on the dolphins' health and the progress of the show.

Parking: 200 cars, large buses: allowed
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
During summer and winter holidays and long weekends, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so please come early.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
