The shuttle bus operates round-trip from Yangtaishan East Metro Station, with intermediate stops at Dalan Commercial Center, Carl Denton West, INPARK Creative Park, and Marisfrolg, ending at MGallery Shenzhen. The total journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

The aquarium's night session operating hours are as follows:

Starting from March 30, 2026, the night session of Hengyuan Sea Cube Shenzhen Aquarium is only open on weekends / summer holidays / statutory holidays and is closed on weekdays. Day session: 10:00-19:00 (open daily throughout the year). Night session: 18:00-21:00 (limited to weekends / summer holidays / holidays).
