All guests staying at the hotel can take the shuttle bus for free. No voucher is required; simply board the bus.

The shuttle bus operates between 'Shenzhen Metro Line 6, Yangtaishan East Station, Exit C1' and 'MGallery Shenzhen'. The bus route is named 'Dalan Fashion Town Yangtaishan East Metro Station Customized Line'.

The shuttle bus runs round-trip from Yangtaishan East Metro Station, with intermediate stops at Dalan Commercial Center, Kaltendin West, INPARK Creative Park, and Marisfrolg, ending at MGallery Shenzhen. The total journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

Shuttle bus operating hours: 07:30-10:00, 12:30-14:00, 16:00-20:00, with departures approximately every 30 minutes. Please refer to the actual bus operation schedule.

• Hengyuan Hai Lifang Ocean City 1 Adult & 1 Child (85-130cm) Ticket: Guests should present the paper voucher provided by the hotel at check-in (stamped with the hotel's finance seal) along with the online package order voucher directly at the Hengyuan Hai Lifang Ocean City ticket window to redeem tickets. The aquarium's night session hours are as follows:

Starting from March 30, 2026, the night session at Hengyuan Hai Lifang Shenzhen Aquarium will only be open on weekends / summer holidays / public holidays and will be closed on weekdays. Day session: 10:00-19:00 (open daily throughout the year). Night session: 18:00-21:00 (limited to weekends / summer holidays / public holidays).

• Buffet Dinner: Children under 1.2 meters are free (limited to 2 children per room including dinner). Children between 1.2-1.4 meters are half price. Children 1.4 meters and above are full price at CNY 298 per person from Monday to Thursday, and CNY 368 per person from Friday to Sunday. Payment is made on-site at the restaurant.
