・If you have a driver's license issued by a country that joined in 1949, you are required to obtain an International Driving Permit (in booklet form based on the 1949 Geneva Convention).
・If you hold a driver's license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium or Monaco, you must have an official Japanese translation obtained from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).
・Countries that are not members of the 1949 Geneva Convention (e.g. China, Indonesia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) are ineligible to participate.
・On the day of the event, please make sure to bring your International Driving Permit (or your home country's driver's license and a Japanese translation depending on the country in which the license was issued) and your original passport.

Under Japanese law, the driver's license must be issued in a country or region that is a signatory to the Geneva Convention (https://www.keishicho.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/menkyo/menkyo/kokugai/kokugai04.html) and must be in the format prescribed by the convention (※). Therefore, customers who do not have a corresponding driver's license cannot use this product.
*Depending on the country or region, even if it is a member of the Geneva Convention, the license may be issued in a format based on the Vienna Convention. In this case, the license does not fall under the "prescribed format" above (you will not be able to drive).
Please note that there are also restrictions, such as the validity period being calculated from the date of landing in Japan (the validity period of an international driver's license is one year from the date of issue) or the validity period of the license itself, whichever is shorter.

Reminders
Please note that we do not provide costumes of characters that appear in Mario Kart. In addition, even if you bring your own costume, you will not be allowed to wear the costume.
On the day of the experience, please bring your international driver's license (or your country's driver's license + official Japanese translation) and passport.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time. Late arrivals will not be able to participate and no refunds will be given.
If you forget to bring the necessary documents specified by our store, you will not be able to participate and refunds will not be made.
If the tour is cancelled or the time changed due to bad weather, a full refund will be given.
After your reservation is confirmed, please send a copy of the cover page and photo page of your valid International Driving Permit in Japan, as well as the country of issuance of the license, along with your name and reservation number, to the address below. - Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
