The tour will be canceled if the minimum number of participants (30) is not met.
By Japanese law, seat belts must be worn on the tour bus.
Please note that changes to the designated return location after the tour cannot be accommodated.
The tour schedule or time at each sightseeing spot may be adjusted due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic congestion.
If there are fewer participants, the tour may use a minivan, rental car, or a combination of guide and driver services.
Although the tour is planned according to the listed times, changes may occur due to traffic conditions.
The tour will not be canceled or refunded due to poor visibility caused by bad weather.
If you experience motion sickness or other health issues, please notify the guide immediately. Refunds related to health issues cannot be provided.
The tour will depart at the staff’s discretion if you arrive after the scheduled departure time, so please adhere to the meeting time.
The bus does not have a toilet.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not allowed.
The departure and arrival locations may differ.
The area around the event venue will be very crowded after the fireworks display. Please be careful to avoid getting lost or separated from the group.
Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour. However, perishable items or those difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
In case of emergencies, you may be asked to sit with the tour conductor.
The entrance fees included in the tour may differ from regular prices. There will be no refunds for differences in fees or additional charges after the tour starts.
We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests or allergy concerns. Requests may be declined after explanation if they cannot be met.
