As an izakaya specializing in ingredients from Taketa City, known for its pristine water, we offer 10 different types of motsunabe (offal hot pot)♪ Every element, from the broth and ingredients to the finishing noodles, is carefully crafted to let you taste the charm of Taketa City! Enjoy local specialties such as Kuju pork raised in Taketa, tofu made with famous water from Sato Tofu Shop, and carefully selected vegetables sourced from contracted farmers in Taketa City! Our bright and energetic staff look forward to welcoming you☆ We also offer course meals perfect for various banquets, suitable for groups ranging from small gatherings to large parties! We have everything from private rooms to large banquet halls available, so please contact our staff for more details.
In 2014, we won the 9th Izakaya Koshien, a competition to determine the best izakaya in Japan, with 1,328 participating stores. In 2015, we won the 10th Izakaya Koshien, with 1,487 participating stores.
