We also offer fermented dishes that utilize our homemade sweet sake, hishio made from soybean and barley koji, salt koji, onion koji, and pickled vegetables. Our recommendation is the "fermented fried chicken" that has been soaked in salt koji for 2-3 days. It has a soft texture and an irresistible juicy taste that spreads with every bite. We also have a wide selection of other dishes, including tofu topped with hishio, white rolled omelet, and seasonal fruit amazake. Our restaurant is marked by a sign with warm lettering and a paper lantern. The simple interior, based on a white theme, has five seats at the counter and two tables for six in the tatami room. The counter is perfect for a leisurely evening drink for one person, a lunch break, or a meal for couples. The tatami room allows you to stretch your legs and relax, so children can come along without hesitation. We also recommend using it for the 100th day celebration, in conjunction with the first meal.
