In a warm space housed in a renovated traditional folk house, you can savor authentic Robatayaki while experiencing the immersive sights and aromas of food being grilled right before your eyes. Our three signature dishes are 'Straw-grilled Fresh Fish of the Day', 'Whole Charcoal-grilled Fatty Mackerel', and 'Premium Grilled Eel (Shirayaki)'. The main dishes are grilled Spanish mackerel and bonito over straw, but as seasonal fish are carefully selected and purchased every day, they may change to seasonal fish unique to that time depending on the availability. We are particular about using high-quality ingredients procured every day, and we offer dishes such as a whole fatty mackerel and a "Shirayaki" (white-grilled) dish made with thick, high-quality contracted eel that is not available on the general market. Our appeal is that you can enjoy stable high quality and deliciousness at a reasonable price. In addition to fresh fish, we also offer Japanese beef, so please enjoy to your heart's content.
