Boasting 40 years of history since its predecessor, our restaurant serves 100% buckwheat noodles made from buckwheat flour from Azumino, Shinshu. The noodles are made that morning and served in a soup stock made with freshly shaved bonito flakes. We recommend the Kyoto duck nanban in winter and the duck seiro in summer. These dishes, which allow you to fully enjoy the delicious flavor of Kyoto duck, are limited to 10 bowls per day.
In the evening, you can enjoy tempura soba and tempura soba. We also offer the "Evening Soba All-you-can-eat Course."
