'A high-end experience at an everyday price'—this was the vision behind the opening of [Kyo no Yakiniku Dokoro Renzou]. Enjoy the 'taste' of carefully sourced domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef and over 20 varieties of yukke (beef tartare) and sashimi, the 'atmosphere' of our renovated 100-year-old Kyoto townhouse, and the 'visuals' presented on carefully selected Kutani and Imari ware. We strive to provide a special time with high-quality cuisine and hospitality, ensuring that Renzou is your go-to choice for yakiniku in Kyoto for any occasion.
One of Renzo's charms is that you can casually enjoy over 20 kinds of Yukhoe and sashimi. You can enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients to your heart's content. We have a wide variety of exquisite dishes, such as "Renzo Yukhoe" made from finely sliced red meat, "Sirloin Yukhoe (Sukiyaki style)" seared right in front of you, and "Luxurious 3-kind Sashimi Platter" which is Wagyu beef sashimi topped with sea urchin, salmon roe, and karasumi. All are served on visually gorgeous dishes.
At Renzo, the owner himself personally purchases carefully selected plates at antique markets every day. Please enjoy the plates that change every month.
We offer a gorgeous yakiniku experience that can be enjoyed with all five senses. Renzo's specialty, "Kyoto Staircase Platter," is a luxurious dish that allows you to enjoy a culinary platter of 10 types of meat, including rare cuts, and a garden-themed staircase for a visual treat. You can also enjoy this as a course meal. We also have a wide variety of menu items, such as "Renzo Extremely Delicious Kujo Green Onion Salt Tongue," in which beef tongue carefully sourced by the owner chef is wrapped in sweet and flavorful Kyoto Kujo green onions.
The moment you step inside, you'll find yourself in a high-quality space that was renovated from a century-old Kyoto townhouse. You can enjoy a premium experience in a refined atmosphere that evokes the elegance of Kyoto. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is open, with a variety of spacious and relaxing seats available. We have counter seats that are perfect for lively conversation, as well as semi-private and fully private rooms that are perfect for entertaining or special occasions. The second floor can be rented out for up to 50 people and can also be used for banquets. We look forward to seeing you on your special day.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
