The concept of 'Sushi Takase' is 'a space where people who seek delicious food gather.' Enjoy sushi made with seasonal toppings and red vinegar rice, as well as recommended daily a la carte dishes in Nara. In particular, the fatty tuna (toro), which is dried and aged for several days, is exquisite! Pair it with our wide selection of wines—rare for a sushi restaurant—or sake from all over Japan. The restaurant is equipped with counter and table seating. Please feel free to use it for meals with family and friends, dates, celebrations, business entertainment, and other occasions.
Our restaurant does not have a set menu, but offers carefully selected dishes such as "10 pieces of sushi omakase," "Today's recommendation," and "Omakase course," made with fresh ingredients that are in good condition on the day. Our top recommendation is "Toro," wild tuna that has been dried and aged for several days, combined with red vinegar rice. The sushi rice, perfected by the chef after much trial and error, maximizes the flavor of the ingredients, making each nigiri sushi exquisite. Enjoy our innovative nigiri sushi and a la carte dishes that utilize a variety of techniques to your heart's content!
We have a wide selection of wines, which is rare for a sushi restaurant. We always have more than five types of wines in stock, mainly white wines that go well with fish dishes, and mostly domestic and California wines. We always have about 10 types of carefully selected delicious sake to choose from. Another attraction is that you can enjoy not only sake from all over the country, but also delicious local sake that represents Nara. We are also happy to suggest pairings to go with your dishes, so please feel free to consult us.
Located in a residential area near JR Nara Station, our restaurant was born from the desire to "create a space where people can gather." The interior is unified in chic colors such as black, light green, and beige, and we are particular about creating a relaxing space. The counter seats opposite the open kitchen are special seats where you can see the showcase containing the ingredients and the cooking process! The widely spaced table seats are perfect for dining with friends as well as business occasions such as entertaining guests.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
