We handle a wide variety of shochu from Kyushu, including sweet potatoes grown under the excellent conditions of a warm climate and well-drained Shirasu plateau covered with Sakurajima volcanic ash, potato shochu made mainly from Kogane Sengan, and barley shochu originating from Iki, Nagasaki Prefecture.
