The rare cutlet sandwich fair is for a limited time only, so be sure to visit us soon. saison course 5000 yen - Includes all-you-can-drink, perfect for banquets and gatherings. We offer sashimi, Japanese-Western fusion small plates, and appetizers like prosciutto and cheese. In addition to charcoal-grilled meats and pasta, we serve Hakata specialties such as sesame mackerel, motsunabe (offal hot pot), and Hakata vegetable-wrapped skewers. Enjoy dishes prepared with creative freedom, unconstrained by genre, and savor the changing seasons.
The fatty tuna is served with balsamic soy sauce and ricotta cheese with chopped wasabi as condiments, the yellowtail is served with moromi miso and fragrant fresh black pepper, and the bigfin reef squid is served with sea urchin sauce and finger lime with a refreshing aroma and crunchy texture. This is a new specialty dish of Verdebar, recommended for this season.
We will be renewing our existing menu to include a touch of Japanese cuisine, so that you can enjoy it with alcohol. After the renewal, in addition to the traditional wine, we will also be serving craft gin, sake that goes well with Western food, and new types of shochu.
This offer is valid until 7:00 p.m. and no reservations are required. You can enjoy five types of drinks, including Heineken (draft), Spumante glass (sparkling), wine by the glass (red and white), and Oak Master Highball, all for 300 yen each. We welcome a slightly luxurious lunchtime drink, early afternoon drinking, and pre-party drinks.
We have different types of seating available, including a counter, semicircular sofa seats, and table seats, so we can cater for a variety of occasions, from everyday use to anniversaries.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
