Hakata Motsunabe Maedaya uses only the highest quality domestic Wagyu beef offal, which the owner has carefully selected for freshness.
We use the highest quality wild mackerel from Nagahama Market! We cut the wild mackerel caught in the Genkai Sea into luxuriously thick slices! You will be impressed with the texture! This is a must-try dish for customers visiting Fukuoka from outside the prefecture!

- For lunch reservations, we do not charge a table fee, but we kindly ask that each adult order a hot pot. Please note that there is a 90-minute time limit for lunch seating. Thank you for your understanding. If you're late for 15 minutes your reservation will be canceled.
