Located in the Hamamachi Arcade, just a 2-minute walk from Shianbashi Station and a 3-minute walk from Kankodori Station. Our signature dish is the 'Turkish Rice,' said to have been invented by the head chef's father over 60 years ago. You can savor a variety of French and creative dishes crafted by an authentic French chef! On the 2nd floor, we offer counter seating perfect for solo diners, as well as table seating for 2 or more people! The 3rd floor features private rooms suitable for various banquets and girls' nights out♪
Bistro Bordeaux's Turkish rice inherits the taste of our chef's father, who invented Turkish rice. We offer our original Turkish rice, created by our chef's father, with our own cooking method. We have also created a wide variety of Turkish rice dishes so that customers from all over the country can come to Nagasaki as one of Nagasaki's specialties. Please try our Turkish rice, which is filled with the thoughts and history of our chef's father.
At Bistro Bordeaux, we cook each and every dish with care, using carefully selected seafood from the waters off Nagasaki and other delicious local ingredients. We use fresh local ingredients. Of course, the vegetables are also carefully selected local Nagasaki ingredients. We serve A5-grade meat, including Nagasaki Wagyu beef and Imari beef! We offer cuts such as sirloin, fillet, and Chateaubriand.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
