Tosa Binchotan is a type of binchotan charcoal made from the high-quality wood of Ubamegashi. Because it is rare and hard, it is superior to regular black charcoal in terms of flame retention and heat stability, and it grills food in one go while retaining the aroma and original flavor of the ingredients. - If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please follow the instructions below. Course reservations Cancellation on the day - 100% Cancellation the day before - 100% Cancellation 2 days before - 100% Seat only reservations (per person) Cancellation on the day - 2,800 yen Cancellation the day before - 2,800 yen *A 10% service charge will be applied for seat only reservations. *Fridays and days before public holidays: A seat charge of 500 yen will be applied. *A 500 yen charge will be applied for all days in December.
- Cancellation fees are 100% on the day, 50% the day before, and 30% the day before. *On Fridays and days before public holidays, an additional 500 yen will be charged as a seating fee.
- Restaurant service charge (charged separately at the time of payment for in-store dining): Fridays, days before holidays, and all days in December: A seating charge of 500 yen will be charged. *The above information is for reference only. Local rates will take precedence over actual rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
