Our 'Spare Ribs,' carefully prepared over 8 hours, are a must-try! We may also be able to accommodate special requests... We offer a wide range of dishes made by the owner, who has experience working at a famous international restaurant and as an executive chef in other countries. The popular "Monster Spare Ribs" are slow-cooked at low temperature for 7 hours. They are so soft that they are easy to eat with chopsticks! We use a variety of Italian noodles to match the sauces in our pasta. We recommend our rich "Porcini Mushroom Cream Pasta" which uses linguine, which goes well with the sauce. Adding nuts will add an even more fragrant flavor.
We offer seasonal wines from around the world at reasonable prices. The couple personally attends tastings and purchases wines to carefully select the best wines. Bottles are mostly around 5,000 to 6,000 yen, and we also have a daily special by the glass, so you can enjoy a special encounter on the day. In addition to the main menu, we also have a list, so please feel free to ask us.
You can enjoy a pleasant time in a space with an old American atmosphere, decorated with wood-like interiors. It is a homey restaurant run by a married couple, so anyone can feel free to drop in. ◎ We have counter seats designed to reduce fatigue and table seats where you can relax, and can be used for a variety of occasions, from everyday use to parties and celebrations.
We recommend the "homemade pudding" which comes in a variety of flavors including plain, matcha, and black sesame. It is rich yet not too sweet, and has a smooth texture. The popular "French toast" on the secret menu is also exquisite, with a crispy crust and fluffy dough! It is served with vanilla ice cream, so you can enjoy both the savory flavor and the sweetness.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
