Fugu Club Miyawaki, a fugu restaurant, opened on December 3, 2019 in a great location in the Uraginza area, a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. The 3-story building, with a mansion-like exterior, is a perfect hideaway for adults. Our specialty is the "grilled fugu" made with a large 3kg tiger fugu, and fugu milt, which has long been said to be something to be careful not to eat too much of, and has fascinated many gourmets. It can only be taken from male fugu, and the amount that can be taken from one fish is limited, making it the most valuable part of fugu. It is only available during a limited period, so it is a true winter luxury. Please enjoy the exceptional taste and flavor of fugu milt with piping hot fin sake.
