The restaurant's name, SandoSando, means "always" in the Shimane dialect of the owner's hometown. We aim to be a restaurant that you will always want to eat at and always want to visit. We use domestic ingredients, including those from Shimane, for our dishes. You can enjoy what we think is the most delicious in that season.
