2. Within 1 day of completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Airporter. Please click the 【Upload Photos】 button in the confirmation email to upload photos of your 【Luggage】 and 【Accommodation Confirmation Document】.

3. Luggage Drop-off

After dropping off your luggage, there is no need to wait for the collection driver.

We will notify you via email once the collection and delivery are complete.

4. Luggage Pick-up

Please proceed to our designated counter at the airport or the front desk of your specified hotel.

Please present your Airporter booking confirmation email to the staff.
