[How to use the service]
1. Please make a reservation according to the date you wish to use the service.
2. Within one day of completing your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email from Airporter. Please upload your luggage and accommodation confirmation documents using the "Upload Photos" button in the reservation confirmation email.
3. Luggage storage
After dropping off your luggage, you don't need to wait for a pickup driver.
We will notify you by email of the completion status of pickup and delivery.
4. Receiving your package
Please come to our designated counter at the airport or to the front desk of your designated hotel.
Please show the staff your Airporter booking confirmation email.

Checked baggage size limit: up to 160cm
Non-standard size: up to 180cm

The value of the contents must be within 100,000 yen.
