- Lunch seating is limited to 1.5 hours. Dinner seating is limited to 2 hours. Please indicate in the request field if you are bringing children who will not be dining. For group reservations, the restaurant may contact you to confirm the details.
- ・Seating is limited to 90 minutes for lunch and 120 minutes for dinner. ・Please book for children of elementary school age or younger as children, and select their meals from the menu on the day. *The information above is for reference only. The actual charges at the venue will prevail.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fees will be subject to the information stated on the voucher after booking): Requests are accepted until 22:00 on the day before. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we regret that your reservation will be treated as a cancellation.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
