Our signature dish is Sankien's special fried noodles, made with plenty of vegetables and pork wrapped in a piping hot sauce and crispy fried noodles. It's a hearty dish that pairs perfectly with beer. For those who like spicy food, we also recommend the super spicy stewed offal and chili Sichuan-style stir-fried chicken. These dishes are prepared by a chef who served as head chef at a famous hotel in China. Please feel free to ask us about your taste preferences or ingredients you don't like.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
