• The ticket is valid for 1 month from the designated date of use.
• No refunds or changes to the order are possible after the order is completed.

• This ticket is a voucher for redemption at the Namikiza Museum in Dotonbori, Osaka. On the day of the event, please go to the entrance window to open the QR Code voucher sent to your email inbox when your reservation is completed, click the "Use" button and show it to the staff.

【Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass 1, 2 day pass】

• Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus 1-Day Pass: Valid on any day within the validity period of the ticket (last use date: November 30, 2025).
• Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus 2-Day Pass: Valid for two consecutive days within the validity period of the ticket (last use date: November 29, 2025).
• When taking the subway, you only need to scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
• When taking the bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when getting off.
• When using a discount facility, please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff. If the QR Code cannot be presented on the ticket due to system errors, etc., you will not be able to enjoy the discount.
• Please note that if the facility is closed or cannot display the QR Code page, you may not be able to enjoy the discount. In this case, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
• Each ticket is for one person only.
• This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu or other company lines.
• When travelling outside the valid area, please inform the staff at the arrival station and pay the additional fare.
• If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device failure, electronic device failure or unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the Service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service.
  Please note that the fare paid will not be refunded during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed.
• Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, passenger regulations and other relevant policies of each transportation company.
• IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MULTIPLE TICKET PURCHASES: If you purchase multiple tickets at one time, those tickets are not transferable and cannot be shared. Please make sure all tickets are for the same journey.
• To use an e-ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to click on the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff and press the use button.

  ※If you purchase multiple tickets at one time, you cannot use them separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be used at the same time. If you wish to use your ticket multiple times, please purchase it in batches.
  ※To prevent others from using it illegally, when you open the e-ticket again in a different environment than the one you used to open it for the first time, the system will ask you to use the OTP dynamic password for verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification:
  1. Enter an email address that can normally receive emails and press the send button.
  2. Check your mailbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If the email cannot be found, it may be classified as spam. If you still can't find it in your spam folder, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please open the website and re-enter your email address.
  3. Enter the OTP code in the email on the ticket screen and click the Confirm button. If the password is correct, the screen will switch to the e-ticket usage screen.
