We serve delicious fish and original seasonal dishes that make the most of the ingredients! We want to see the smiles of our customers' satisfaction, so we carefully hand-make each dish to create a taste that can only be achieved through our efforts. We are a stubborn restaurant that puts in the effort. Enjoy our seasonal menu with some fine Japanese sake. ■ We have a wide variety of banquet menus, from 4,500 yen for food only. We can also accommodate customer requests, such as 6,000 yen, 7,000 yen and above. We can accommodate reservations for up to 35-48 people!
Torisaku is proud of its chicken dishes (Shingen chicken from Yamanashi Prefecture) and also focuses on seafood dishes! All the ingredients are natural, and the owner himself goes to Tsukiji to personally select and purchase the best seasonal ingredients of the day. Please enjoy delicious dishes such as pacific saury and conger eel in the summer and fugu and hotpot in the winter.
We have private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables for parties of 40 to 50 people. We can accommodate welcome and farewell parties, launch parties, business entertainment, alumni gatherings, and memorial services! We have a wide range of menus, from banquets to yakitori. In summer, we have sweetfish, conger eel, and more. In autumn and winter, we also have special hot pots, puffer fish, and fin sake.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
