Located just a 2-minute walk from Suitengumae Station, Hakata Motsu-nabe Takashou is a Kyushu-style izakaya that prides itself on its signature Hakata Motsu-nabe, crafted with carefully selected broth and ingredients, as well as Kyushu dishes made with seasonal produce and fresh fish delivered directly from the source. Motsu-nabe can be ordered from 1 serving (excluding peak seasons), so solo diners and small groups are very welcome! The restaurant has completely separate smoking areas. We offer a variety of seating options, including non-smoking seats, smoking-allowed private rooms, and seats near the smoking area!

We have banquet rooms available for parties with all-you-can-drink for 4 people or more, and private parties for 20-30 people! We can also be used for purposes other than banquets, so please feel free to contact us.
Besides motsunabe, Takasho is also famous for its Kyushu cuisine, which uses fresh ingredients delivered directly from the source. We purchase seasonal fish and vegetables from carefully selected areas and prepare a wide variety of homemade delicacies.

[Course Reservations] ・Same-day cancellation (with or without notice): 100% of the course fee (per booking) ・Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the course fee (per booking) *Cancellation charges as stated above will also apply to any reduction in the number of guests. *If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without notice, it will be considered a no-show and a cancellation fee will be charged. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
