As the restaurant's name suggests, its specialty is "Daoxiao noodles" made by a Chinese chef. The handmade dough is made from natural wheat flour, which is then expertly shaved and boiled to create a unique texture. We also recommend the "medicinal hotpot" which is served in a secret soup made with a unique blend of medicinal herbs and spices. We also offer banquet courses with all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat options, where you can enjoy plenty of authentic Chinese cuisine, such as shrimp chili and mapo tofu. "Daoxiao noodles" are said to be the oldest type of noodles in the history of noodles. Handmade dough made from wheat is scraped directly into the pot with a U-shaped knife and boiled. The noodles, skillfully prepared by artisans, have a unique texture and go perfectly with the secret sauce. We offer a wide variety of noodles, including the classic "Spicy Daoxiao Noodles with Japanese Pepper," "Dan Dan Noodle Style Daoxiao Noodles," and "Baked Daoxiao Noodles." Please enjoy the proud flavors prepared by our chefs from China.
Our "medicinal hotpot", offered as part of a course or set, is our most popular menu item after knife-cut noodles. It is served in two types of secret soup, red and white, made with our own blend of medicinal herbs and spices. You can choose two types of meat from lamb, beef, or pork. After quickly dipping the vegetables, seafood, and other ingredients in the soup, enjoy by dipping them in the sesame sauce. You can also choose the spiciness, so please enjoy it according to your preference ◎
We offer a wide variety of courses to choose from depending on your budget and the occasion! In addition to our famous knife-cut noodles, you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine made with the skills of our veteran chefs and carefully selected ingredients and spices, such as shrimp chili, mapo tofu, and dim sum.
