During the trip, please be sure to strictly abide by the meeting time. If the traveler is unable to continue the trip due to late arrival or other reasons, no refund will be given.
The driver will not provide escort services to sightseeing spots, admission, etc.
This itinerary does not include entrance fees for sightseeing facilities.
In the event of traffic jams, construction at tourist attractions and other emergencies, the itinerary may be temporarily changed. We apologize for your understanding.
Since this trip takes a long time, tourists with unstable body posture (pregnant women, etc.) should be sure to measure their health status before participating. Please note that the activity provider will not be held responsible if you feel unwell during the ride and are unable to seek immediate medical attention.
The vehicles used by activity providers are all legal vehicles with green license plates, and children are counted as one passenger.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
