- QR code admission: After a successful reservation, please visit the official Chimelong online admission reservation page in advance and make an online admission reservation using the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number used for ticket purchase and the 7-digit ticket collection voucher code: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve . Once a successful reservation and QR code are generated, your ticket will be considered collected successfully. You will need to verify your entry with the QR code on the day of your trip.
- Paper ticket admission: Bring the valid ID you filled in when booking, pick up your ticket at the restaurant's self-service ticket machine, and then verify your ticket at the restaurant before dining (Hong Kong and Macao tourists must use their Home Return Permit, Taiwan tourists must use their Taiwan Compatriot Permit, and overseas tourists must use their passport);

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
