1. QR code admission: After the reservation is successful, please enter Chimelong’s official online reservation page in advance, and make an online reservation with the last 4 digits of the ticket purchase mobile phone number and the 7 digits of the ticket collection voucher code: https ://xzx. chimelong.com/scenicReserve Once the reservation is made successfully and the QR Code is generated, the ticket collection is deemed successful. The QR Code will be used to verify admission on the day of travel;

2. Admission with paper tickets: Bring the valid ID document filled in when booking, collect the ticket at the restaurant's self-service ticket machine, and then go to the restaurant to verify the ticket for dining (Hong Kong and Macao tourists use the Home Return Permit, Taiwanese tourists use the Taiwan Compatriot Permit, and overseas tourists use passport) ;

Meal vouchers are only valid for use on the specified date and time and are invalid upon expiration.

Since Chimelong Hotel catering adopts floating prices, the prices are constantly changing during holidays and promotions. After placing the order, the price needs to be confirmed twice. The final confirmation by the supplier shall prevail. There may be a chance that the guest will be required to make up the difference.

Age-based guest admission verification conditions: Guests who enjoy child tickets or free admission discounts and do not meet the applicable height standards for the corresponding ticket types during dining are required to present a valid ID to verify whether their age meets the applicable age standards (Mainland Chinese tourists are required to present their Resident Identity Cards, Hong Kong and Macau tourists are required to present their Mainland Travel Permits, Hong Kong and Macau Resident Residence Permits or China Travel Permits, Taiwan tourists are required to present their Mainland Travel Permits, Taiwan Resident Residence Permits or China Travel Permits, and tourists from other countries and regions are required to present their valid passports). Each guest holding a standard ticket may bring one child under the age of 3 or under 1 meter in height to dine free of charge on the day of dining.
