Please note that we will not provide any compensation or refunds in the event of refusal or expulsion.
＜Prohibited items in the pool＞
■Prohibited items in the park ・People with tattoos (including stickers) will be denied entry.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere within the park except in designated areas.
Diving into the pool is prohibited.
・Diving and swimming are prohibited
■Large tents (tents set up with metal poles) are prohibited from being brought in.
・Diving goggles, fins, snorkels, glass products, cameras, accessories
・Large table ・Bodyboards, surfboards
・Bottles, cans, and alcohol
・Pets (animals)
・Radio cassette players, etc. (anything that makes noise)
- Anything else deemed dangerous (including playground equipment)
＜Pool precautions＞
・If you set up a tent, please maintain a certain distance from other customers.
・Small children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using the facility.
・Please be sure to change into swimsuits before using the facility.
・Monitoring duties and first aid are merely auxiliary.
・The park has separate smoking and non-smoking areas. Please smoke in the designated areas.
・Please refrain from wearing T-shirts in the pool.
We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries, so please use with caution.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
