・If you wear glasses, mobile phones, or cameras, please bring your own buoyancy equipment or keep it properly.
・Those who have had surgery or other injuries and are unable to do strenuous activities, or are severely afraid of water, please do not register.
・If the wave conditions are not good the day before the experience, we will separately confirm whether to postpone or cancel the refund; if the event is canceled due to force majeure after arriving at the event site, the paid administrative insurance fee (NT$150) will be charged and the balance will be refunded .

The minimum number of participants for an advanced tour is 3. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 1 day before the departure date.
It is not recommended for travelers with the following diseases or other conditions that should not be overstimulated to participate in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women, and hangovers
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be allowed.
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or excessive winds, the activity experience will be canceled to take into account the quality and safety of the activity.
The itinerary is a group activity. Be sure to follow the instructions of the team coach and do not make dangerous moves or leave the group without permission to avoid danger.
If you are unable to complete the itinerary due to personal factors (physical condition, etc.) during the activity and withdraw, you must bear the expenses incurred. Uncompleted activity fees will be deemed as a waiver and cannot be refunded.
For the safety of tourists, please do not drink alcoholic beverages on the day of the event.
If you wear glasses or carry mobile phones or cameras during the experience, please prepare your own protective equipment and keep it properly. If it is damaged or lost, you are responsible for it.
There are open racks on site to store luggage, but please keep valuables on the car or in the motorcycle compartment for safekeeping.

- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
