- Even if the system says "In Process," your purchase is complete. A voucher with your seat number will be sent to you by email the day before the event.
- You cannot specify a seat number. If you would like consecutive numbers, please make sure to purchase your tickets at the same time. If you purchase tickets separately, we cannot accommodate requests for consecutive numbers.
- Doors open at 3:30pm.
- Please note that tickets will be checked at the ticket gates and also when re-entering the venue.
- The area around the venue will be very crowded from one hour before the fireworks are scheduled to start. It will take a considerable amount of time to get to your assigned seat, so please give yourself plenty of time and come early.
- Please view the exhibit within the designated area.
- Viewing is only permitted in designated areas. Also, bringing in chairs or other objects is prohibited.
- Tickets will be issued according to the capacity of the venue (4 tickets for a 4-seater seat).
