- Instructions for using the car in a 24-hour system. For example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 on January 1, you must return it before 11:00 on January 2. If you return the car after 11:00, you will be charged an additional 110 yuan/ The hourly rate will be calculated as one day if it exceeds 4 hours.
- Foreign passengers who do not hold a Taiwanese driver's license should call to confirm before placing an order, and make a judgment based on the status of use of international driver's licenses in Taiwan by reciprocal countries announced by the Taiwan Supervision Station.

Mileage fee

When returning the vehicle, passengers are advised to check all sides of the vehicle and take photos or videos to avoid subsequent disputes. The renter is required to take good care of the vehicle and observe the principle of no damage. If the vehicle is obviously damaged or damaged, we will seek compensation for those parts.
When an accident occurs, how to deal with it? 1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
