A project to promote the appeal and culture of Japanese sake to the world
The project was started in 2016 after organizer Hidetoshi Nakata felt a strong sense of wonder and potential in Japanese culture, including sake, agriculture, and crafts, which he encountered while traveling around all 47 prefectures of Japan.
The event will bring together sake breweries carefully selected by experts led by Hidetoshi Nakata, who has visited over 400 breweries across the country, and Japan's most famous restaurants, some of which have received Michelin stars. This is truly an event where you can experience Japan's world-class food culture.
At the venue, you can enjoy Japanese sake that is usually hard to come by, and original dishes that can only be eaten here, prepared by top chefs from popular restaurants that are difficult to book. In addition, popular DJs will liven up the venue in a fantastical space designed by one of Japan's leading architects.
