- The itinerary must take less than 10 hours and the distance must be within 300 kilometers. (Total 10 hours and 300 kilometers from starting point to destination to return point)
- When placing an order, please note that since private charter car require confirmation of the itinerary in advance, an additional 5,000 yen will be charged for an itinerary ordered within 24 hours.
- Due to limited private charter car time, you can only choose to go to Mount Fuji, Hakone or other scenic spots.
- If you have a lot of luggage or larger luggage, please book a suitable car type so that it can carry all the luggage. Additional expenses incurred due to failure to comply with the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage recommended by the vehicle model must be borne by the passenger.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, and WeChat when ordering (If you have WeChat, try to provide a WeChat account to facilitate the connection with the driver. After reserving the ID, please turn on the add friend setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time.)
- If the first preferred driver language or car type of the order is unavailable after placing the order, we will contact you separately to coordinate rescheduling or cancellation. Please understand.
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee is 5,000 yen/1 hour and will be calculated from the designated service start time. Traffic jams or typhoon force majeure factors on the road will also be counted as the service time. Please know

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
