【Reservation Instructions】
1. Quotes for urgent orders are valid on the same day, but silent orders/self-service orders are invalid.
2. Orders within 48 hours are urgent orders and prices may rise. Please confirm whether they can be arranged.
3. When placing an order, please provide the number of passengers, the number and size of luggage. The package defaults to 24-inch luggage. If you have pets, please inform customer service in advance.
4. The car model picture on the page is for reference only, and the actual car model shall prevail; if Alpha is specified, the Alpha 1 generation will be displayed by default. If the model does not match, please keep the voucher and contact customer service.
5. If you use the car from 22:00 local time to 07:00 the next day, the driver will work overtime and there will be a night service fee. Customer service quotations do not include night service fees by default.
6. Child seat fee: In Japan and Taiwan, the first child seat is free, and the second child seat costs an additional 2,000 yen/child.
7. The quotation defaults to a single point-to-point pick-up and drop-off service. If you need to add an address or other requirements, please inform them when making an inquiry.
8. Value-added service fees will be charged for services such as holding a sign to pick up passengers at the airport, assisting with hotel check-in, assisting with check-in procedures, carrying luggage up and downstairs, etc.
9. The driver will serve according to the order content. If the order content does not match the itinerary, please notify customer service 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the driver has the right to refuse the ride and the fee will not be refunded.
10. If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service in time. If the car service of the original order cannot be used due to the delay or cancellation of the first leg of the connecting flight, the order cannot be canceled or changed. If the flight arrives normally or is delayed within 2 hours, the driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge based on the flight landing time. If the flight arrives early, the driver will pick you up at the original time of the order at the latest. If the flight is delayed for more than 2 hours, it will be rescheduled for you depending on the actual situation. If the driver cannot be rescheduled, the order will be canceled without loss. If you exceed the time limit or arrive at night due to flight delay, please pay the driver overtime fee and night service fee in person.
11. For the airport pick-up trip, temporary parking is not allowed for a long time. The driver will wait in the parking lot. After the guests have picked up their luggage, they will depart from the parking lot to the temporary parking spot. Depending on the airport specifications and layout, guests are required to wait at the temporary parking spot for 5 days. ~About 15 minutes. If the pick-up service is provided with a sign, the driver will park the car in the parking lot and wait at the arrivals lobby or exit with a sign. The specific process is subject to the driver's notification.
12. If the address you choose cannot be delivered due to traffic reasons, it will be delivered to the nearest location depending on the situation. For details, please refer to the "Service Description" section of the itinerary confirmation.
13. For airport drop-off, it is recommended to arrive at the airport more than 3 hours in advance for international flights. Please make reasonable arrangements. Customer service has no right to decide for you. In case of special circumstances such as holidays, it is recommended to arrive at the airport more than 1 hour in advance to avoid traffic congestion or check-in queues.
14. If you change the order type, itinerary, travel time, etc., the price difference, vehicle ferry fees and tickets for going to the island or across the sea, personal expenses and all other unmentioned expenses, you need to pay the driver on the spot, otherwise the driver will We have the right to refuse shipment and orders cannot be refunded or changed. If you have any questions about the fee, please contact customer service, or keep your voucher and contact customer service after using the car.
15. Please abide by local traffic regulations and fasten your seat belt after getting in the car.
16. Please check your luggage and valuables when getting on and off the bus. If there is anything missing, please contact the driver or customer service as soon as possible.
17. When using the car, please take care of the environment inside the car and do not eat or drink in the car to avoid affecting subsequent passengers’ use of the car. If it is damaged, you will need to pay for car washing or repair fees.
18. If an emergency occurs, please contact customer service in time and keep relevant vouchers for after-sales processing.
