- Minors aged 12 and above must reserve the same course as adults when making a reservation
- Children aged 0 to 11 can share meals with adults without ordering separately. However, please specify the actual number of people when placing your order, allowing the restaurant to manage visitor numbers effectively
- Seats will be assigned by the restaurant staff on the day, and specific seat selection is not available
- The course menu serves as a reference, and seasonal changes may affect ingredient availability. The actual meal content is subject to what is available on the day
- Please arrive at the restaurant on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in reservation cancellation by the restaurant, with no refund for fees paid. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the restaurant may request you to wait instead of entering in advance
- Dress appropriately and avoid overly casual attire (such as slippers, sandals, sleeveless tops, shorts, spaghetti straps, miniskirts, etc.). Male diners are required to wear a collared shirt or jacket on the upper body, along with long trousers (no jeans) and socks
- Failure to provide accurate reservation information or comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including loud noises, horseplay, smoking, excessive drinking, webcasting, or activities affecting other diners) will result in any losses or consequences being the responsibility of the diners themselves

- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
