We will contact you via the information you provided between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM the day before departure. If you don’t receive any message, please check your email, including the spam/junk folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please follow the latest one. If you haven’t received your travel information on the day of the tour, arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early and look for the guide holding the JRT flag. This is a group tour, and seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them when booking—we will do our best to accommodate, but final arrangements are subject to availability on the day.
Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants and cannot be requested. For small vehicles, the driver also serves as the guide; no on-site commentary will be provided at attractions, and explanations will be brief. Please be aware.
If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. Bringing luggage without prior notice may result in the guide refusing boarding, and no refund will be issued. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the vehicle; any damage or stains caused must be compensated according to local standards.
If you are late, change the meeting point, or leave the tour midway due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the tour must be borne by you.
In case of bad weather or other uncontrollable circumstances causing suspension or maintenance of cable cars, boats, snowmobiles, or other facilities, the itinerary will be adjusted with alternative attractions or modified visit times.
We are not responsible for missing the tour or poor photo conditions due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
The tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance; please purchase coverage if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry inherent risks—please assess your own health and abilities. If the tour is terminated after departure due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors, refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the itinerary based on actual costs incurred. Any additional expenses, such as return transportation or local accommodation, must be borne by the traveler.
During Japanese public holidays and weekend peak travel periods, severe traffic jams or early attraction closures may occur. It is advised not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner on the same day, and to bring simple meals and a power bank.
