【Ticket Reservations & Seating】
- Even if your order shows as "Processing" in the system, your purchase is complete. A voucher with your seat number will be sent by email by the day before the event.
On the day, please present one ticket per person (for BOX seats, one ticket per BOX). In case of unstable network connections at the venue, we recommend saving a screenshot or printing your ticket in advance. (Ticket sample) - Seat numbers cannot be selected. If you would like consecutive seats, please be sure to purchase them together in the same order. Tickets purchased separately cannot be arranged as consecutive seats.
- Tickets are required for guests of elementary school age and above.
- Preschool children may attend free of charge only when seated on a guardian's lap. If a seat is needed, please purchase a ticket.
- Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

- Traffic restrictions will be in place around the venue. There is no dedicated parking except for wheelchair seating, so we recommend coming by public transportation.

Reminders
Traffic restrictions will be in place around the venue. We recommend using public transportation to get there.
The event will proceed rain or shine, but will be canceled in case of severe weather. No refunds will be given if the event is canceled after the fireworks display has begun.
Please refrain from wearing heels, as there are areas with uneven ground inside the venue.
Please leave strollers and large luggage at the information desk.
You are welcome to bring in your own food, but please refrain from bringing in large luggage that may inconvenience other guests.
Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
Please use the designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke inside the venue.
The use of umbrellas, BBQs, drones, and selfie sticks is prohibited inside the venue. Please use raincoats or similar items in case of rain.
There is no designated camera area for the general public. Photography is permitted only from your seat with a handheld camera. If you wish to use a tripod or monopod, please purchase a photographer's ticket.
Depending on the wind direction, firework debris may fall. For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a hat and glasses. If any debris gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly without rubbing and come to the first-aid tent.

Cancellation Policy
